A reputable company and did some great work throughout our deteriorating, period property. Restoring external stonework and refurbishing the interior of our house was the main job contracted for, however electrical work and problems with gas soon became apparent due to the age of the property. Thanks to Paul and his staff we are now living in a home more fit for ‘modern’ living.

As this was a complete strip out with all new plumbing, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors….. and new room layout changes including major structural changes, I knew in my experience it would have some unforeseen problems. However this did not phase the management or staff of the company and they provided an ”only solutions and no problems attitude”. With unforeseen, additional costs being discussed as soon as they arose and being backed up proactively that very evening in written email confirmation, communication was excellent and have already requested they work with me in future projects. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and hope any other potential customers have the same experience I did, as a refurbishment of this value is usually stressful to some extent, I did not doubt the team at any time. With the professionalism and constant progress made on this project being evident throughout the duration, I remained confident that a very high end finish would be achieved, ultimately this is one of the best refurb/restoration jobs I have carried out.

Paul answered the job advert quickly and came the next day to give an estimate. He took on board that we had very limited time available and the job was completed in less than a week after the advert went in. He kept in touch with us throughout and responded promptly to emails. We were impressed by the professionalism of Paul and his team and two rather battered doors have taken on a new lease of life.We are now planning a bathroom update and Paul managed to get the plumber on his team to see us on the last day we had available.We would definitely employ him again. They are clearly well-organized and provide a good service.

These guys are a pleasure to work with! I was so happy when my friend recommended Fenton Bespoke. We have had a few bad experiences with builders in the past and are really cautious in who we hire. Right from the start we had a good feeling, Paul is such a knowledgable builder and helped us so much throughout the project. All of the PBG team are genuine people and very attentive. We have had the pleasure of working with Paul on our recent loft conversion. From our first meeting Paul was open, honest and made it clear that he was there to help us get exactly what we wanted out of the work, this was the main reason we decided on Paul and we were not disappointed.
During the project Paul’s team encountered many difficulties and hidden surprises due to issues with engineering surveys and the original build of the house. Throughout this we were only presented with solutions or advice by Paul and Dougie, in the end without the experience and hard work of these guys the project wouldn’t have been completed.
All employees and sub-contractors that worked on the project were professional, polite and reliable, the house was left as clean as possible every time they left and extra effort was put into protecting my toddlers room to allow us to stay in the house when the work was ongoing.
I can’t describe the amount of extra work that the guys performed that was over and above the agreed scope with Paul, this was all down to the fact they wanted the project to be a success and were 100% committed to getting the best result possible for us. They achieved this and much more!
