This basement property in the historic Georgian area of Edinburgh was an interesting challenge with the restricted access. A cleverly designed rear extension was built by us which incorporated a curved dining room which with little available footprint, really worked and gave the illusion of more added space.

Incorporating bespoke joinery manufacture and all other trades employed/managed under us, this finish with Larch cladding, AGBA and Traditional stonework gives a classy but modern feel.
